Unfortunately eCrater's Matrix does not offer a means to select individual items for restricted shipping. Some items, due to excessive size and/or weight, we unfortunately may NOT be able to ship to AK or HI. Please note in the description of these items if this may be the case prior to placing an order.

If an item is ordered by mistake and you request a refund after purchase, we have a restocking & processing fee of 20%. If the item has not yet shipped (usually prior to 4 PM ET M-Sat.), we will only charge the processing fee which varies upon the cost of the order. We unfortunately must do this due to a resent change in PayPal policy where they no longer refund us their processing fees. Returns will be at the customer's expense as well as the 20% restocking fee as mentioned above. Please notify us prior to a return so that we may supply you with an RMA for proper return information.
